We have a team of experienced researchers who spend hundreds of hours a week communicating directly with plant owners, engineers, contractors and other project affiliates. The information contained in our reports is privileged and in some cases confidential.

Yes, we customize your subscription so you receive only reports that are applicable to your business. Reports can be specified by any combination of project type, location, budget, business opportunities, phase and keywords.

No – but we do offer a no commitment, two-month paid trial period. You will receive the most recent active projects as an added bonus for your trial, as well.

We offer a subscription based service, where we customize what projects you receive based off the coverage you choose and the number of portal users. Our average client spends $250 per month.

Each subscription comes with 5 portal users. You can add users to your subscription any time during the subscription period. The cost of additional users added during the subscription period will be prorated from the date of purchase through the end of the subscription period.

We issue reports every business day; however your scope of coverage determines how often you can expect to receive reports.

This is determined by the scope of coverage you choose. The broader the scope (ie: more project types and states/provinces), the more projects you will receive. The number of reports varies by activity in each state, province or territory, but we issue an average of 200 project reports per month.

Projects are updated when a significant change occurs such as a final investment decision, site selection, engineering and/or construction firms are selected, or for the addition of new contacts.

We have been providing project intelligence to our clients since 1987.

We have real people, in-house, talking to project owners and engineers everyday, screening and confirming our projects and contact information. We are not importing contacts from a third-party service.

Our reports include not only project owner contacts, we also include contacts at engineering and construction firms involved in the project as it advances.

No, we work solely on the behalf of our clients

We do not provide blueprints. Our service is geared at gaining your company more business, many of our projects are in planning stages where blueprints do not yet exist.

Industrial Reports works on behalf of our clients only and not the project owners. We are offering you project intelligence on primarily private projects.
