Industrial Reports' project reports are the property of Industrial Reports, Inc. and may contain confidential and privileged material for the sole use of the intended recipient. Any review, use, distribution, or disclosure by others is strictly prohibited. If you are not the intended recipient (or authorized to receive for the recipient), please contact Industrial Reports, Inc. at email@example.com and delete all.
Online portal access is available to paying subscribers only. User IDs and passwords may not be shared. By logging in you acknowledge that you are the paid subscriber. Log-ins are monitored by our security department and fraudulent use will result in immediate termination of the account in addition to legal action. If you do not have a subscription and would like to obtain one, please contact us.
MONTHLY AND RECURRING ANNUAL
Your Industrial Reports subscription will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To use the Industrial Reports service you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account with a third party. You must cancel your subscription 15 days before it renews in order to avoid billing of the subscription fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
Your Industrial Reports subscription will be automatically discontinued on the last day of the fixed time period. If you wish to continue, you will need to provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account with a third party.
The subscription fee for the Industrial Reports service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on your invoice. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid subscription began on a day not contained in a given month.
To use the Industrial Reports service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
You can cancel your Industrial Reports subscription in writing 15 days before the due date (or beginning of next billing cycle) and you will continue to have access to the Industrial Reports service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, please contact us in writing to receive the cancellation form. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
CHANGES TO THE PRICE AND SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
The subscriber who created the Industrial Reports account and whose Payment Method is charged is responsible for any activity that occurs through the Industrial Reports account. To maintain control over the account and prevent unauthorized access of the account, the Account Owner should maintain control over the users who are accessing the account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold, if your account information has been compromised. Do not share your account information or reports with anyone outside your company’s domain, unless you have received prior approval from Industrial Reports.
